Your campfire grows as you keep your habits.
- Choose a habit
Start with something you can fit into your day.
- Build a routine
Group habits you want to do together into a Ritual.
- Track your progress
Completing habits earns XP and moves you along the Journey.
Put your morning routine in one place.
Torchkeep calls each habit a Rune. Group a few into a Ritual and attach it to something you already do, such as making coffee. Then you have a checklist ready when you need it. Try the example here by ticking off the habits to grow your fire and earn a chest.
Morning Ritual
After I pour my morning coffee
Collected: 3 Spirit Wood, 25 XP and your boon.
Check a habit to light the fire.
Demo progress and rewards reset when you reload the page.

Keep a smaller version for difficult days.
Some days, ten pages is an unreasonable request. You can give each habit an ember version, such as reading one page, and log that for streak credit. Streak Freezes can cover missed days. If your streak ends, you can start another; your engraved runes stay in camp.
Tap the fire to try the completion animation.
Your habits decide your hero’s class.
Each habit contributes to a stat: Strength for exercise and physical care, Wisdom for learning, Heart for relationships, and Soul for reflection. Your mix of habits earns you a class, such as Ranger or Sage. It can change as your routines change.
Give a lasting habit a permanent mark.
The cairn is a stack of stones in your camp. As you repeat a habit, its carving deepens until the rune is permanently engraved. You can see the stage of the carving without a countdown. A broken streak does not remove an engraving.

Beyond the daily checklist
See where your everyday effort takes you.
A walk becomes a quest. A friend’s fire becomes a reason to check in. And the road from camp keeps giving you something to come back for.
01 / Quests
Give today a side quest.
Take the scenic route. Follow a spark of curiosity. Quests turn small things you do in real life into adventures for your hero, with XP and coins to bring back to camp.
- Find your kind of challenge. Set your interests to help shape the quests you receive.
- Make room for a bigger adventure. Browse daily, weekly and monthly quests, or use a reroll when one doesn’t fit.

02 / Companions
Keep a friend’s fire in sight.
Build your habits with a little company. Invite a friend, see the glow of their campfire, and send a spark of encouragement. Sometimes knowing someone else is showing up is enough to help you show up too.
- A small sign of togetherness. See the days you both kept your fires lit.
- Share at your own pace. Choose whether to share your fire. Your habit names, streak counts and XP stay private.

03 / Party quests
“Want to do this one together?”
Turn a quest into a shared plan. Invite companions to join, do the challenge in real life, and mark it complete in the app. Your party’s card shows who has finished and who is still on the way.
- Your effort counts. Earn the base reward when you finish your part.
- A reason to cheer each other on. When everyone in the accepted party finishes, the group earns a bonus.

04 / Exploration
There’s a story past the garden gate.
Your habits carry you along the Journey, from Shire Pastures into meadows, forests and the places beyond. Open a location, linger over its story, and discover the points of interest along the road.
- Start somewhere ordinary. At The Front Gate, an old signpost and a traveller’s bell are waiting.
- Bring your hero to the story. Explore places and make choices, with some paths opening as your hero grows.
